Flexographic printing machine (two colors/four colors)

● Pneumatic lifting plate. When the machine is turned on, the plate automatically drops for printing, and when the machine stops, the plate automatically rises and the ink starts to circulate.

● The inking is carried out by a ceramic anilox roller with a closed doctor blade, and the ink circulates automatically.

● 360° continuous longitudinal color registration, with an accuracy of up to ±0.1mm.

● The transverse color registration allows an adjustment of ±20mm.

● Manually adjust the inking pressure and printing pressure.

● An external heating tube is used for heating, the temperature is adjustable, and the air is evenly supplied by a fan.
