Plastic‑restriction policies create new opportunities for eco‑friendly packaging, and roll‑fed paper bag‑making machines help processing factories improve quality and boost efficiency.

As global plastic restriction policies continue to be implemented, market demand for eco‑friendly paper bags has maintained steady growth. Traditional segmented bag‑making equipment suffers from high labor costs and high material loss rates. For this reason, integrated fully automatic roll‑fed paper bag‑making machines have become the preferred upgrade solution for modern packaging factories.

Zhejiang ROKIN focuses on the independent R&D and manufacturing of roll‑fed paper bag‑making machines. Equipped with a 30,000 ㎡ standardized production workshop, the company launches a full lineup of high‑performance machines relying on self‑developed core technologies and refined quality control systems.

The flagship square‑bottom roll‑fed paper bag‑making machine features precise and neat bag forming. It supports various grammages of kraft paper and food‑grade base paper, efficiently producing shopping bags, bread bags, takeaway bags and other common paper bag products. Optional in‑line printing bag‑making equipment can be installed to complete printing and bag‑making simultaneously, perfectly meeting small‑batch and varied‑batch orders.

Fitted with a servo intelligent control system, the machine allows flexible adjustment of bag sizes and supports customization for dual‑paper‑roll set‑ups and extra‑wide widths. Only minimal staff are required for operation, which effectively cuts production costs. Reliable in operation, the machines are exported to over 150 countries worldwide. Industry trends prove automated and energy‑saving bag‑making equipment has promising prospects, and roll‑fed paper bag‑making machines will continuously drive upgrading across the eco‑friendly‑packaging sector.
