Rising Demand for Eco-Friendly Packaging Creates New Market Opportunities for Fully Automatic Roll-Fed Square-Bottom Paper Bag Machines

With the continuous implementation of plastic restriction policies, industries including food retail, baking and apparel are accelerating the phase-out of plastic packaging. The steadily growing demand for eco-friendly paper carrier bags has driven a sustained rise in demand for integrated bag-making equipment. Many packaging factories are phasing out outdated split-type equipment and switching to integrated forming production lines that balance high productivity, labor cost savings and multi-specification production capabilities.

Zhejiang Rongjian Technology has focused on the R&D of roll-fed paper bag machines for many years. Equipped with standardized production workshops and independent R&D technologies, the company offers a full range of machine models for round rope handle, flat rope handle and handleless paper bags. An inline printing unit is available as an optional accessory to realize one-step forming of printing and bag making. The whole machine adopts noise reduction design and is equipped with a stable and uniform glue supply system, which effectively reduces raw material loss and fully complies with green production standards.

Global demand for eco-friendly packaging keeps rising, and the export volume of domestic roll-fed paper bag machines increases year by year. Industry analysts point out that intelligence and flexibility are the core directions of equipment upgrading. Machines equipped with full servo systems and quick mold change functions will maintain a leading position in long-term market competition.
